The contestant declares that all the information included in this Registration application is true, and acknowledges and accepts the verdict issued by the aforementioned Juries.

REGISTRATION FEES:
The registration fees for the wines participating in the International Volcanic Wine Awards will be as follows:

Registration of 1 sample: €75 VAT INCLUDED

Registration of 2 samples: €100 VAT INCLUDED

Registration of 3 samples: €140 VAT INCLUDED

Registration of successive samples: €40 VAT INCLUDED

Registration prices do not include transportation costs for sending samples (shipping, customs and taxes paid by the sender).

RIGHTS PAYMENT:

Payment of registration fees will be made by bank transfer addressed to:

SHIPPING OF WINES:
For each wine entered, the contestant must send 3 bottles of 0.75 liters to the following address of the organization, which has the appropriate facilities for the correct conservation of the samples.

The wines will be sent with transportation, taxes, customs and home delivery costs duly paid.

DOCUMENTATION OF THE WINES:
The wines must be accompanied in the same packaging, with the following documentation:

• Copy of registration

• Pro forma invoice indicating: Samples without commercial value Special Tax OR according to EEC Regulation No. 2913/92 of 10/12/92.

• Copy of proof of payment.

The competing wines must meet the requirements of current legislation.
